Description
The office building of the CCCC Headquarters is located in Guangzhou, China. It faces the Pearl River to the south and has a good landscape on the south side. The side corner window is the best landscape, with a wide view and a prosperous view of the Pearl River.
For the Interior Design we combine the lobby with the cafe to add display and salon features. The layout of the headquarters floor with the restaurant as the core layer is designed, the reception layer, the display layer, and the employee activity layer are adjacently arranged. Each function space connects the upper and lower floors, and this arrangement not only makes the use of the staff very convenient, but also greatly improves the utilization of the space.
In the middle of the building, there is a space for every three floors to open and empty. This space can be set up for reception, or greening or an employee exchange area. This empty space increases the level of space and combines the façade lighting and the relationship between the human perspective and the landscape.
