It is mainly composed of Shamaozheng Street and Xingcheng Avenue as the main serial roads, mixed old streets and new residential areas, and the quality and characteristics of the existing buildings are evaluated. Avoid large-scale demolition and large-scale construction, and make targeted requests for reservation, reconstruction, remediation and control.

The theme of the building design is to improve the quality of the living environment in the block, strengthen the main road façade renovation, improve the environment, improve the infrastructure and living service facilities of the block, and create a characteristic and popular area with popularity and vitality. In order to realize the design concept of “blue-green network ecology priority”, the design needs to follow the people-oriented concept, pay attention to the internal connection of people, architecture and nature, and reflect the characteristic pattern of the central green axis point line.
