Description
The CGN headquarters building is located in Futian District, Shenzhen. It is the gateway to Shennan Avenue from the east to the west and enters the central area of Shenzhen CBD (Central Business District). Total construction area is 158,830 square meters and a height of 160 meters. It includes interior design such as lobby, podium restaurant, exhibition hall, emergency office and standard office. CGNPC is a large-scale clean energy enterprise supervised by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It is a central enterprise that has grown steadily with the development of China’s reform and opening up and nuclear power industry. Large enterprise group is composed of the core enterprise CGNPC and more than 30 major member companies.
The façade texture of CGN Building conveys the digital aesthetics in a simple body shape, and develops a complete set of building façade language system with unitization, standardization scale repetition and variation combination. The concept of the lobby design is centered around the core tube. A huge green wall is placed on the core wall of the lobby, which reflects the corporate characteristics of CGN’s clean energy. Natural lighting is used in the space of the podium, for example, in the multi-purpose conference room, there are some open skylights and foldable doors and windows that can be opened and closed, and the natural light is used to illuminate the multi-purpose hall.
This project meets the requirements of modern, humanized and integrated international Grade A office buildings. At the same time, the large-scale technology enterprises with Guangdong Nuclear Power Group as the backbone have a rigorous, stable, efficient, sustainable development and international corporate image.
