Located in Tianfu New Town, Chengdu, this project forms part of the urban design for Chengdu Xinglong Lake · Chengdu Science City. As defined in the urban design plan, the project site occupies a prime sci-tech innovation location on the south bank of Xinglong Lake. It consists of three parcels, designated as Plot 1, Plot 2 and Plot 3 from north to south. With this vision, the design incorporates a maker center and a training center, positioned on either side of the pedestrian central axis in Plot 1. Behind the maker center sits a hotel (expert guest house) to serve the complex, while an office building is arranged on the west side. Plot 2 mainly accommodates office space for CCCC’s internal use and leasable office areas. Plots 1 and 2 are connected underground, with a long ramp in Plot 1 leading visitors to the Ecological Cloud Island along the central axis of Plot 2. The island houses space for art exhibitions and acts as a hub linking Plot 1, Plot 2, and the office buildings on both sides of Plot 2.
