The ground floor is elevated, eliminating the continuity and congestion of the urban interface. The "floating" design of the podium building blocks creates open and shady spaces, facilitating people's entry, stay, visit and relaxation from different directions. The open landscape design on the ground floor creates an expansive, transparent and free public space. The central shared space system introduced connects different types of spaces, forming the most dynamic social venue. Functions with strong public nature, such as the auditorium and retail, are placed on the lower floors. The library, as the second public functional layer, is located in the middle. While the more private offices and classrooms are set on the upper floors, blurring the boundaries of traditional floors, enhancing the spatial activity and promoting the mutual gathering and communication of the general public and research groups.
