Weibang Technology Headquarters, Foshan

With 11 stories in total, this building features terraced gardens that create an ideal office environment for modern industries. It has an irregular curved floor plan shaped like a dumbbell, and the thoughtful design of terraces and terrace gardens provides the building with wide, open views. In addition to the lobby on the ground floor, the building is vertically organized with diverse functional areas for reception, training and conferences. Floors 2 to 4 are designed as production workshops; the 5th floor houses a staff canteen, a gym and a yoga studio; the 10th floor serves as the R&D office center, while the 11th floor is home to the design center. Webon Headquarters is equipped with state-of-the-art technological facilities, including smart conference rooms, virtual reality equipment and high-speed wireless networks, which not only improve work efficiency but also integrate technology into every space of the building.

Humanized Layout:
The interior design of a technology enterprise should focus on employees' behavioral habits and needs, and rationally arrange various functional areas to make employees' work processes more smooth and efficient. For example, reasonably place shared spaces, meeting rooms, rest areas and other locations to facilitate communication and collaboration among employees.

Providing a comfortable working environment is crucial for both employees' work efficiency and health. The interior design of technology enterprises should take into account factors such as light, temperature and noise to create a comfortable working atmosphere. For example, make rational use of natural light, adopt bright and warm colors in the color palette, and configure office furniture that conforms to ergonomic principles.
Efficient Office Facilities:
Technology enterprises usually need a large number of high-tech equipment and network facilities to support employees' work needs. In interior design, the positions of facilities such as power sockets and network interfaces should be reasonably planned to ensure that employees can easily access and use various equipment, improving work efficiency.

An international landscape must balance "local relevance" with "user experience," which we achieved through detailed optimizations:

Contextual Material Application: Resin-bound gravel was used to mimic the texture of English country cobblestone paths, conveying a relaxed, international campus atmosphere.
